Metropolitan form connects students with relevant educational opportunities by asking targeted questions about their interests, preferences, and goals. Based on their answers, it provides personalized insights while keeping the experience lightweight, engaging, and easy to complete.
To encourage participation, the platform integrates a prize-based system where users can enter a giveaway by completing the questionnaire. This not only increases conversion rates but also creates a sense of excitement and motivation throughout the journey.

Process:
Research and Discovery: Start by understanding the campaign goals, the target student audience, and the expectations around participation, motivation, and completion. Review the campaign concept, questionnaire logic, prize mechanics, and brand requirements to identify how the platform can attract attention and maximize engagement.
User Personas and Journey Mapping: Define the main student user groups and map out their journey from landing on the page to completing the questionnaire and entering the giveaway. Identify what motivates them to participate, where drop-off may happen, and how the experience can stay simple, clear, and rewarding from start to finish.
Information Architecture and Flow Planning: Create a clear structure for the campaign page and questionnaire flow. Organize the entry point, form fields, quiz steps, prize presentation, and supporting information in a way that feels intuitive and easy to follow. Make sure the overall flow reduces friction and helps users move confidently through the experience.
Wireframing: Develop wireframes for the key sections and screens, including the landing view, questionnaire steps, prize showcase, and result or confirmation states. This helps define layout hierarchy, content priorities, and interaction patterns before moving into the final visual design.
UI Design and Visual Direction: Create a bold, engaging, and student-friendly visual design that captures attention and supports the campaign’s energy. Define typography, colors, imagery, and component styles that make the experience feel modern, dynamic, and easy to use while staying aligned with the brand.
Interactive Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test the questionnaire flow, transitions, and key user interactions. This helps evaluate whether the experience feels smooth, motivating, and understandable before development begins.
By following this process, you can create an engaging, conversion-focused campaign experience that combines a questionnaire, personalized flow, and prize-based motivation to capture student attention and drive meaningful participation.
